Use Brewist for personal coffee tracking. Do not abuse the AI to extract systems prompts, scrape bulk data, or harm the service.

• Pro is billed via Apple at $6.99/month or $44.99/year. A one-time Founding Member purchase is $129.99 for lifetime access, capped at the first 500 buyers.
• 14 days free at trial start. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policy.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment.
• Pricing displayed in USD. App Store regional pricing applies.

You own everything you put into Brewist. We hold a license to host and process it solely to operate the service.

Brewist lets users rate and write short notes about coffees they have tasted. Ratings, scores, flavor tags, and written notes shown to others on a coffee page are user-generated content. They are the personal opinions of individual tasters about their own experience with a specific bag they bought. They are not statements by Brewist about the coffee, the brand, the roaster, or any product attribute.

Aggregated scores, top tags, and AI-generated summaries are produced from those user opinions and are presented as such. They are not Brewist's evaluation of any product or business.

Brewist does not verify, endorse, or claim the accuracy of any user-submitted note. Coffees are recognised by reading their packaging; their inclusion in our database is not an endorsement by the roaster or brand and confers no commercial relationship.

By rating a coffee or writing a note, you confirm that the content is your honest personal opinion based on your own experience. You will not:

• publish false statements of fact about a roaster, brand, person, or company;
• defame, disparage, or harass any person or business;
• publish content that infringes intellectual-property, trade-mark, or privacy rights;
• use community fields for spam, advertising, or commercial promotion;
• impersonate another taster, brand, or business.

You are solely responsible for what you post and for any consequences of posting it. You agree to indemnify and hold Brewist harmless from any claim arising from your content.

If a roaster, brand, or any rights-holder believes a user note contains false statements of fact, infringes their rights, or otherwise violates these terms, they can request removal by emailing [email protected] with the coffee identity, the note text or screenshot, and the basis for the complaint. We act on legitimate complaints in good faith.

Any user can also flag a note inside the app. Notes flagged by multiple users are auto-hidden pending human review. We may remove, hide, or modify any user note at our discretion. Removal of a note does not constitute an admission of liability by Brewist or the original taster.

Brewist's AI (Claude by Anthropic) can be wrong. Coffee briefs, palate-fit predictions, and community summaries are informational, not advice. Treat recommendations as suggestions, not facts. Double-check anything that matters.

AI output may misread labels, mis-attribute origins or processes, or misinterpret community notes. Any AI-generated description of a coffee or brand reflects an automated synthesis of public packaging and user input, not Brewist's first-hand assessment.

Brewist is not a medical app. Caffeine tracking is approximate. We are not liable for over-caffeination, regretted purchases, or palate revelations.

Brewist provides the platform on which users record and share their personal coffee experiences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewist is not liable for the content of any user note, rating, or AI-generated summary derived from such content. Brand and product names appearing in the app are referenced descriptively to identify the bag a user is logging; their use does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any roaster or brand.

You can delete your account anytime, in app. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of registration of Brewist's operator.
